Blacklock Artists Sanctuary Cottage at Split Rock

Imagine staying in a very private cottage, with a deck that hangs just a few feet from Lake Superior and it so happens that the cottage is owned by one of Minnesota's premier photographers. The cottage is located adjacent to Split Rock State Park and it has a remote and quiet feel that is perfect if you want absolute solitude. The lake views are stunning, the hiking is fantastic and Split Rock State Park almost surrounds this cottage As you approach he cottage private entry road, you will immediately understand that this property is remote. However, if you have questions, or if you need assistance, or if you want to swim in a pool or dine in a restaurant, Cove Point Lodge is only minutes away. The cottage itself has modern conveniences but it also has a romantic and up north feel. Book writers, photographers, and couples love the unique privacy of the Blacklock Artists Sanctuary. The cottage has been inspected and approved by Ledge Rock Management and it has upgraded linens and accessories. It is limited to four guests and it has one bath and bedroom and a loft sleeping area.
